When we arrive: We will provide an *optional Themed Balloon Table Centrepiece (* if celebrating a theme, please let us know so that you can purchase extra DISCOUNTED Centrepieces) We will bring in our tools. We prefer you supply furniture, so we can stay on task with our Art and Entertainment. You will show us to a prepared table and 2 matching chairs, set up indoors or undercover in shade outdoors. Please be mindful of the amount of children who will also congregate around the table to ensure their SunSmart Safety. We enjoy to work in a well lit and ventilated workspace. We will require access to sink for water and to wash up paint brushes afterwards. If choosing a Balloon Package, we will also require access to a standard 240v power point. In the interest of WHS and safety of your guests, please ensure that power is not far from the table to limit tripping on cords. We enjoy your hospitality too. Being part of your party makes us feel like family. Drinks or nibbles always appreciated on long gigs overlapping mealtimes. Have your crew rotate kids so they dont miss out. Have someone assist with closing the line.
