NOTE: Due to the design of this product, it can only be air inflated.
This foil balloon does not float. If you have seen an image on the internet with it floating, the balloon has been photoshopped into place.
The only way this balloon can "float" is attached to large 3" balloons or by attaching it with sticky balloon glue dots to a wall.
